Ajax TOCCO Magnethermic has been a leader in inline, progressively heated annealing systems since the first installation in 1957. We specialize in solutions for a variety of applications for solid bar or tubular products, open-air, or in an atmosphere. Inline progressive annealing solutions can be adapted into existing heat treating lines as complete standalone systems. Precise temperature control is accomplished through optical devices and can feed forward power adjustments to ensure critical temperatures are maintained.

Seam Annealing/Full Body Annealing

Ajax TOCCO is a leader in inline, progressively heated seam annealing systems, positioned toward ERW induction welders. Whether your application is API regulated for OCTG Oil Country Tubular Goods in inline progressive forming then cut into discrete lengths, or continuous coiled tubing, we have the product and expertise to make your operation successful.

Solution Annealing

Solution anneal heat treatment is used to restore both corrosion resistance and ductility to hot worked tubing. These systems can be adapted into existing heat treating or processing lines or as complete standalone systems.
