The curing oven illustrated is an example of a gas fired, continuous, MONORAIL OVEN. The oven this drawing represents, was manufactured and shipped as a KNOCKDOWN STYLE oven, which means that for ease of shipping, or, because of limited access to the area of intended use, this oven was shipped as a group of sub-assemblies, then assembled on-site. This oven has 2 zones, 3 lanes of monorail, dual exhausts, and is capable of curing 11,300 lbs. of this customer's product per hour. Its' overall dimensions are 77 feet long X 42 feet wide x 13 feet high.
