The oven shown is a single zone BATCH WARMING OVEN. Different processes demand different products. Most tote heaters are for the petrochemical industry, and steam is generally used to heat the drums, and their contents. The unit shown above is a gas-fired model; similar in size and appearance to a steam heated unit we delivered to a large petrochemical additives company. The steam unit was required to heat (2) two - 4 foot wide X 4 foot deep X 6 foot high totes of petroleum product, on 4 foot X 4 foot pallets, to a temperature of 300°F, in 5 hours. The unit was shipped complete with:
• A 10 gauge floor • Large oil containment pans with grating and drain • Heavy duty pallet guides • Anti-spark hardware and construction • Cycle timer and chart recorder
